I am a huge fan of Andy Bialk's work and love all the movies that he has worked on. One of his most popular shows is the HBO produced, 'The Ricky Gervais Show'. Here are some art works and character designs that show the different positions of the characters clearly in one image to make the animation process easier.
He has also worked on most of dreamworks bigger movies such as the recent 'MegaMind' (also one of my faves). Image below shows early concept of the reporter Roxan Richy.
